• Q1: How many guests does our venue accommodate? 

  A1: Our venue can accommodate up to 100 seated guests and 125 standing guests.

• Q2: Does our venue have a Bridal Suite?

  A2: Our venue has a Bridal Suite that is located in a separate home adjacent to our Main Barn. In addition, our venue also as a Groom's Suite located in the Main Barn.

• Q3: Is our venue rented by section?

  A3: Our venue fee is an all encompassing rental. Meaning you have exclusive access to the entire space for your wedding weekend. No split days, and no split spaces.

• Q4: Does our venue have an indoor and outdoor space?

  A4: Our venue has both an indoor and an outdoor wedding / reception space, as well as dance floor in the main barn.

• Q5: What is our venue fee? 

  A5: Our venue fee varies on three things: (1) the size of your party, (2) your desired day of the week, and (3) your desired month of the year. This system creates a unique venue fee for each event.

• Q6: What is included in our venue fee?

  A6: The rental fee includes full access to the entire property at Watergrass, which includes the barn, farmhouse, and a sprawling 35-acre estate. Guests can enjoy exclusive use of these facilities from Friday at 3:00 PM until Sunday at 11:00 AM. This comprehensive package ensures you have a memorable and comfortable stay in our beautiful surroundings.

Watergrass is located in the heart of the Triangle, with convenient access to Raleigh and Durham, just 1.4 miles from UNC's Chapel Hill campus.
